Out of the way girls. I am there with my plate.

Keep doing this faucon and we may end up hosting a murder at good old Riversleigh. Those that miss out will not be happy.

When we camped at Narooma we catered for forty some nights.

I must put up some of the menus. I made a seafood dip that fed the hoardes and often put on garlic prawns. Everyone was on deck to help shell them and they were served with saffron rice with sultanas and pinenuts.

Usually two families looked after the main meal while everyone bought something to share at the table. We really did have some wonderful dinners under the canopy there.

Our camp site was on a cliff top overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Montague Island. We used to say that it was the best site in Australia.
