Moving 101

Moving is painful.
What do you take?
What do you leave behind?
I am learning who my real friends are.
You can take them with you, wherever you go…

I have been for so long in the one house that I cannot begin to imagine the pain of leaving. Sadly, it is not only when you move that you discover your real friends Luna. Over the years, as we have fought Darryl's cancer we have discovered who our friends are and even learned a whole lot more about the capacity of family to be there for us.

I have moved, Luna, several times in my life and each time I have lost something that was important to me--pictures, letters, books--how sad. I wish you luck with your move, and that you lose nothing in the process.

Thanks for your good wishes. I am happy to be moving and downsizing quite a bit. But it's an emotional rollercoater under a deadline. The movers come tomorrow and I am in shock! lol

I would like to post some pictures of my turmoil. But that probably would be the last thing I will be able to do. Yikes!

Blessings,
Luna

Safe journey Luna. If we could be there we would have fresh flowers in a vase and a pot of soup waiting for you when you arrive.
